Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team! You will be responsible for installing and repairing wiring, electrical fixtures, and control equipment, as well as training apprentices on the job. If you are a Journeyman Electrician with a can-do attitude who takes pride in his work, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety rules and regulations
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Use blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine electrical requirements and materials needed
- Install new electrical systems and repair existing systems
- Provide accurate assessments
- Interact with customers, suppliers, and other professionals
Qualifications:
- A valid state Journeyman Electrician Certification
- Understanding & Knowledge of NEC codes and familiarity with job layout and prints
- Ability to safely handle tools and materials such as: ladders, inverters, solar panels, panel boards, batteries, and other similar electrical equipment, lumber, roofing materials, etc.
- Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold, tight crawl spaces, attics, etc.)
- Position may require working at heights including on rooftops, climbing ladders and stairs
- Capable of performing repetitious duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time
- Experience using basic hand and power tools
- General computer / software knowledge required
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Excellent attendance is crucial for the team to achieve success
- Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
- Must have the ability to adapt to, follow, and enforce company procedures
- Positive Attitude & Problem-solving mind-set
- Pass company hands-on battery test
- Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment & be able to train apprentices
- Experience using safety equipment (scissor lifts, boom lifts)
Compensation: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
